Zespri Launches Its SunGold

Zespri International Limited has tied up with four local F&B partners to promote its golden-fleshed SunGold Kiwifruit.

Naturally bred in New Zealand, the non-genetically modified SunGold Kiwifruit is smooth and hairless on the outside and features flesh that is gold in colour. And by working with four key partners, Zespri aims to showcase starters, desserts and cocktails that can be easily made with the SunGold Kiwifruit as a key ingredient.

Fan of the fruit can now taste the it in special culinary creations available exclusively at these four establishments:

1. Maison Ikkoku – There’s Gold In The Basket (Cocktail)

2. Spatula Bakery – White Chocolate Kiwi Mousse Layered Cake (Dessert)

3. Udders – SunGold Kiwi Sorbet (Dessert)

4. Stellar At 1-Altitude – Sake Iced Sword Fish with SunGold Kiwi Capaccio and SunGold Kiwi Sorbet (Starter)
